I created this after years with great (and terrible!) teams. Green describes what we want: accomplishing our intent and feeling good about the process. Yellow describes the imperatives: we need trust, commitment and shared values.
The blue actually gets us there. Healthy conflict, attention to results, strengths focus, accountability, clarity & decisiveness, positivity ... focus on these and the rest will come naturally.
